A journey towards happiness...
To be happy and therefore to feel good, is the aim of all human beings. It means to feel comfortable and at ease in the world, in harmony with oneself and with our relationships; to have a satisfying job and to be free to express our own creativity; to keep healthy on the physical, the emotional and the mental levels; to grow in awareness, widening one’s horizons. But how many of us are really feeling well, even though they are living in a rich and technological advanced society? Often we have the feeling that there is always something missing to have full happiness? Many of us are having anxieties, fears, stress.
Others feel unsatisfied, not understood and unhappy.
Why are we struggling to cultivate and maintain good relationships and to live in abundance, despite the desire of wellbeing, happiness and love
To feel good is a legitimate desire: we are made to feel good in the body, in the mind and in spirit. We only need to discover how, awakening within us the awareness of who we truly are, finding again the joy of living, regaining energy, trust, self-worth.

A conclusion filled with joy and gratitude!
The international edition of the first level course, held at the Campus in Sommacampagna surrounded by countryside, with participants from the whole of Europe and Israel has come to an end.
We exchanged a few words with the participants while they relaxed in the garden during the break, enjoying the sun and peaceful surrounding hills.

“It was an extraordinary experience. Until now I had helped on Oneness Experience course held in my country but here it has been completely different. I came here without any particular expectations and everything went really well. I’m happy!”

Create your Destiny: what a success !
A meeting of 130 youngsters with Samadarshini, in splendid form and smiling as usual, has just ended in an unusual place for this type of event: a room of the Gardaland hotel, Garda lake, Italy.
The language was simple and colloquial. No complex or abstract concepts were expressed; just simple comments on daily life, casually spoken like in a conversation between friends, but which actually contained very deep teachings.

When a friend of mine first talked to me about Amma and Bhagavan in 1999 my first thought was: another guru from India.
Despite this I immediately took the opportunity of going on a course on their teachings in January 2000; after just two months I started working to diffuse the Oneness movement.
