A journey towards happiness
To be happy and therefore to feel good, is the aim of all human beings. It means to feel comfortable and at ease in the world, in harmony with oneself and with our relationships; to have a satisfying job and to be free to express our own creativity; to keep healthy on the physical, the emotional and the mental levels; to grow in awareness, widening one’s horizons. But how many of us are really feeling well, even though they are living in a rich and technological advanced society? Often we have the feeling that there is always something missing to have full happiness? Many of us are having anxieties, fears, stress.
Others feel unsatisfied, not understood and unhappy.
Why are we struggling to cultivate and maintain good relationships and to live in abundance, despite the desire of wellbeing, happiness and love
To feel good is a legitimate desire: we are made to feel good in the body, in the mind and in spirit. We only need to discover how, awakening within us the awareness of who we truly are, finding again the joy of living, regaining energy, trust, self-worth.
