Create your Destiny: what a success !

A meeting of 130 youngsters with Samadarshini, in splendid form and smiling as usual, has just ended in an unusual place for this type of event: a room of the Gardaland hotel, Garda lake, Italy.

The language was simple and colloquial. No complex or abstract concepts were expressed; just simple comments on daily life, casually spoken like in a conversation between friends, but which actually contained very deep teachings.

Samadarshini started by telling a few stories from India – “I am Indian and my favourite stories come from India” – she slowly led the audience in a crescendo of attention and participation involving everyone with continuous questions and requests; she then reached the heart of her speech: as human beings we can only feel fulfilled if we love and accept each other as we are.

Samadarshini then guided everyone through a simple exercise to put this theory into practice; an exercise to apply this new perspective to everyday life, to go back to focusing on ourselves in order to see and accept "our truth" at a given moment, a truth which constantly changes.

She underlined that it is not a “meditation” otherwise everyone immediately thinks of something serious, difficult and demanding, but a simple exercise that can be done in just a few minutes every time we are faced with an unwanted emotion, we judge it as wrong and we then arduously try without success to change or remove it.
Briefly the steps are the following:

1- Recognise that “every emotion is natural”.
2- Breathe in deeply from the mouth and out from the nose.
3- Repeat three times “I am allowed to feel everything”.
4- Ask yourself “What exactly am I feeling in this moment?” listen to your body and thoughts.
5- Acknowledge that “this is the truth in this moment”.
6- Repeat three times “The truth only concerns me, never the others”.
7- Place your hands on your heart; thank the Presence that has allowed you to see the truth helping you to accept yourself.

At the end of the meeting a small video was shown in which musicians in different countries improvised in the streets, with their instruments, a piece of music based only on a common outline: a wonderful example of how the Oneness experience can be lived through music uniting countries which are distant from each other, from Africa to Europe, from Asia to America. The notes of that music added the final touch to a light, joyful and fresh meeting.

Samadarshini and Radhika publicly expressed their appreciation for the organisation and work carried out by Rochana and Daniel who, with the collaboration of the youth group (Adele, Lara, Rudy, Ottavia, Carlotta, Luca, Giuseppe and Sathya) and everyone else who helped, made this meeting possible. “I must confess that in my life I have never met a person only once". These words echoed in the room like a pleasant, hinted promise of possible future occasions to meet again. We all hope so!

Interview with Annie, coordinator for Scandinavia.

When a friend of mine first talked to me about Amma and Bhagavan in 1999 my first thought was: another guru from India.

Despite this I immediately took the opportunity of going on a course on their teachings in January 2000; after just two months I started working to diffuse the Oneness movement.

That same year I went on a course in India held by Samadarshini who is currently responsible for the Oneness University in Europe. At the time the phenomenon was not called Deeksha and was only given once during a 15 day course. The course was wonderful and decisive in driving me to learn more about Oneness.

In the following four years my commitment to the development and diffusion of the Oneness movement increased continuously to the point that I had to leave my shop because I no longer had time to run it.

In 2002 I started accompanying the first groups from the West to Golden City, mainly people from Scandinavia. I met Amma and Bhagavan personally many times and started to get to know all the teachers in Golden City. In January 2004 I took part in the first 21 day course together with other people from all over the world. From that moment I have accompanied many groups of westerners as helper. I recently counted that I have been to India about forty times!

The Oneness Deeksha/Blessing has slowly changed my life; this process of transformation has taken time and is continuing still today. At the beginning I had to make an effort to understand the teachings and especially to put them in practice every day but now everything just happens effortlessly in a fluid way. Life has become easy and everyday is a wonderful adventure; I accept what happens to me and when I feel something troubles me or makes me feel uneasy I take everything “home”, listen to my perceptions, live the experience and realise that everything is within me. I live everything that happens to me as a blessing and feel immense gratitude to life.

It is wonderful to see how the changes in my life have in turn transformed the people I have a relationship with everyday: family, friends and work colleagues.

The way I perceive reality has changed. Once my fears and emotional charges from the past made me react towards others but thanks to the growth achieved with the Oneness Deeksha/Blessing now I always feel peaceful and happy. I can say that life has become really easy for me.

When it was decided to shorten the Level 1 course to 8 days I was a bit sceptical and I was worried it would be less effective; I have changed my mind however after personally experiencing that the intensity has not changed, if anything it has increased. The level of growth of the participants is the best proof of this. I was also sceptical about the fact that the courses would be held outside India but after having been to the Fiji islands and above all here at the Campus in Povegliano I can say that participants have exactly the same opportunity of personal growth and experience as before, and in some ways it is even greater because they are in and environment more similar to their own which makes them feel at home and therefore more receptive.

It doesn't matter where you are because “It works”! As Anandagiri says it works wherever we are and this is wonderful.

Great News: KRISHNAJI (son of Bhagavan) will come to Milan to give a special Diksha to the DG/BG

Dear Oneness Family,

the upcoming Oneness Conference will be special in many ways, but we have just received news of a very special guest that will really make this conference unique!

We have the great honor and privilege to announce that Sri Krishnaji (Originator of the Oneness Deeksha/Blessing Phenomenon and son of Sri Amma-Bhagavan) will grace this occasion with his physical presence on the 15th of May !

Sri Krishnaji is the originator of the Oneness Deeksha/Blessing phenomenon, for it is through him that the children of the Jeevashram School first experienced the descent of the Golden Ball of Divine Grace in July 1989. He is also the CMD of the Kosmic Group of Companies worldwide. The Oneness Temple is a result of his passion to create a very special structure that would fulfill the vision of his parents and founders of ‘Oneness', Sri Amma-Bhagavan.

Sri Krishnaji's life and consciousness naturally exemplify a perfect integration of the mundane and transcendental realms. His love, friendliness and endearing wit have deeply touched & transformed all those who have come in touch with him. Sri Krishnaji is married to Sri Preethaji and together; they have a daughter, Sri Loka.

Sri Krishnaji will be meeting all the blessing givers and transferring a special intent blessing on the second day (15th May) of the Oneness Conference.

Furthermore, on the 17th of May, Sri Krishnaji will also be appearing on a live webcast and sharing a message with the general public. This will be the first time Krishnaji shares a message in a large public gathering outside India and we hope you will make the best of this rare opportunity by inviting your friends and family.

Something more about the Conference:

The conference will be the appropriate opportunity to share and understand how Oneness is not a new idea, belief or teaching but rather an eternal principle of this Universe. It is the fundamental nature of all existence. Humanity could always debate over ideas, views, beliefs, traditions etc but not over universal laws or fundamental principles. Oneness is one such timeless principle, which governs all the functions of the universe.

To harmonize our existence with this eternal principle is joy and peace. This occurs when we awaken to a sense of connectedness and oneness with all that is. Our inability to perceive this underlying principle is primarily owing to the sense of separation. While this is neurobiological in nature, this illusory division is also sustained to a very great extent by our faulty perceptions and assumptions, which only result in continuous conflict and an inability to experience things as they are. Whenever there is a complete experience of reality, there is no separation and hence, no suffering.

Sri Amma-Bhagavan say “Resistance is suffering; where there is Oneness, there is no resistance.” Sri Anandagiriji and the Oneness guides would be elaborating more on this at the Oneness Conference in Milan and guiding us all towards higher levels of consciousness.

We look forward to having you with us!
